Dear Polly,
Please find interviews with Ray Peat on thyroid health. He was a brilliant genius and that was his passion. A couple podcasts that Ray became a regular guest on were Extreme Health Radio (Justin Spellman), and One Radio Network (Patrick Timpone). His website is raypeat.com. I've heard the Ray Peat Forum isn't a trustworthy one. Another great resource is Danny Roddy's Telegram channel - t.me/dannyroddy. Just search for thyroid or progesterone to find lots of helpful information.

Thanks for many interesting and heart warming videos through the years. I heard you talking about your health problems and your struggles with the Canadian medical system.
After all you have uncovered, why do you still "trust" them enough to believe you have to remain a prisoner of their Allopathic Pharmaceutical death cult..?
The good news is you don't have to.
There is much more to discover, and there is probably an answer to your health problems too.
But you have to change your belief system.
Look up Dr. Tom Cowan, Dr. Andrew Kaufman, Drs. Samantha and Mark Bailey.
A new world is waiting for you.
